We found Coo through my sisters, who had done photoshoots with him in Japan, so when we were visiting Kyoto for our baby moon, we knew we wanted to take some photos with Coo as well! We had a wonderful experience. From the start, coordination was smooth and easy. The shoot itself was relaxed and fun, and Coo made us feel completely at ease. He was also incredibly generous with local knowledge, sharing restaurant recommendations and matcha places to visit. The turnaround time was also extremely quick – Coo took some pictures on our phone during the shoot, which gave us a little preview! The final images were beautiful and captured exactly the feeling we were hoping for with such a special milestone. We spend a lovely early morning with Coo for our baby moon photoshooting in Arayashima area. As an expecting mom, I’m grateful for Coo’s professionalism and warm hospitality offered. He is punctual to our appointment at 5am and even shared his live location to us so we know exactly where to meet. He is also very polite with well spoken English. Our photoshoot with Coo was nothing short of amazing! My husband and I visited Japan for the first time and we wanted to create memories celebrating our baby moon and his birthday. Among the photographers to choose from, I was adamant with choosing Coo despite him not being available on my original intended date. Not only is he highly rated but his good eye to detail shows in his work. We were very pleased with our experience overall and results of our shoot. Coo responded very promptly to any questions we had. He prepared for the shoot with ideal timing and locations, and provided us with tips to help us feel more comfortable. He was also very patience and accommodating with us as I was very pregnant which made climbing some slopes challenging. Coo also coached us how to pose and was very considerate to let us do some poses of our own. Another perk was all the mini history lessons and a list of recommended activities and popular/local food spots (in the prefectures we were visiting) Coo gave from his background as a expert tour guide. One of the best part was ending our photo session in front of Koyasu Pagoda which translates to safe delivery, a thoughtful surprise by Coo himself.
